A thin layer of black opaque porcelain is overlaid on top of the white translucent porcelain, and then, through a stencil, we sandblast the black away revealing the white underneath. This lamp comes with a 25w candelabra size incandescent bulb, a 6 ft. cord, and an in-line rotary switch. Sadly, this piece is no longer in production, so once they are gone, they are gone!

I have owned four of these beautiful lamps in different styles for several years and use them on low windowsills in my porch. Recently my husband broke one so I went online, trying to replace it. Unfortunately, the style I was looking for was unavailable so I ordered two of what were left of the existing stock. I was not disappointed. They are lovely! Just wish I could find the one I used to have! It was square instead of round) Well worth the money and shipping was prompt, and they arrived in perfect condition.
