Excellent customer...
Ordered the beautiful mermaid & moon night light but neglected to notice I had only ordered the porcelain screen. When I called the company to request the light, I had an enlightening conversation about the production process but was also treated to free shipping which was exceptional customer service in light of the fact it was my error in the first place. Will plan on ordering more as gifts in the future.
