This clip holds the curved lithophane panel onto the night light plug. Two nylon hand-tightened set screws secure the panel to the powder-coated steel bracket, which in turn snaps onto the neck of the night light plug just under the light bulb. It can be swiveled slightly from left to right, allowing the porcelain panel to move if needed. This swiveling action also helps protect the porcelain panel if hit from the side, allowing it to move.

Mounting Clip Works Great!
The mounting clip frame on our nightlight was damaged when something bumped into it. I was so happy to discover that replacements were available! It was very easy to change it, and now the panel sits straight and is snugly seated in the frame.

since this is the only mounting clip that fits the curved panel light I have to say it is great. To bad it wasnt made to be more durable on the prongs that hold the light because of where you hold the light to plug or unplug the light. Company is great to work with and if my wife decides to buy we will be contacting you. Nice to talk to you on the phone and to deal with you directly.
